Work with Dealer Sales Supervisor to assist Business Development Managers, District Managers and Sales Representatives to assist with all sales support duties. Must be able to follow close attention to detail, be able to follow direction, prioritize and multitask on a daily basis.
Duties And Responsibilities Dealer Sales, Business Development and District ManagersAssists in the preparation of reports, analysis, quotes, and any other sales support they require as directed by the North America Sales Support Manager.
General administrative duties:
Prepares sales reports for customers, vendors, and District and Business Development Managers on an as needed basis. Prepares and processes monthly and quarterly reports to the customer, vendors, and District and Business Development Managers. Works closely with all departments to insure the accounts run accordingly. Maintain specific dealer account files.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with upper management, internally and externally.
- Ability to accept, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Have basic to intermediate understanding of Excel.
- Basic skills of Word, Access and Google.
- Prefer the ability to use AS400/Mainframe, Monarch and Metafile, but will train if needed.
High school diploma or G.E.D. or equivalent
