Position Summary The Commercial Roofing Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial roofing systems while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Commercial roofing experience is preferred; however, training is available for motivated candidates who are eager to learn.
Responsibilities Diagnose and repair roof leaks on commercial roofing systems
Perform service repairs on:
EPDMTPOPVCModified Bitumen Built-Up Roofing (BUR)
Metal Roofing Systems Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies
Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and team members
Document work performed using company-provided mobile devices
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good condition
Travel to customer job sites as required
Provide high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding work Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable transportation to designated reporting locations
Ability to use smartphones and mobile applications or willingness to learn
At least one professional reference
Preferred
Two (2) or more years of commercial roofing experience
Experience with roof leak investigations and repairs
Experience working with various commercial roofing systems
