Service Technician Helper

As we continue to grow, we are seeking dependable and motivated Commercial Roofing Service Technicians to join our team.

Position Overview The Service Technician Helper assists experienced Service Technicians with daily repair and maintenance tasks on commercial roofing systems. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who want hands-on experience and a long-term career path in commercial roofing. Training is provided, and dependable team members have opportunities for advancement into full technician roles.

Key Responsibilities Assist Service Technicians with repairs on commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and metal

Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment

Remove debris and prepare job sites for repair work

Help set up ladders, safety equipment, and work areas

Operate basic hand and power tools as needed

Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

Follow instructions from Service Technicians and supervisors

Comply with all company and OSHA safety guidelines

Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions

Basic construction or roofing experience is helpful but not required

Ability to lift and carry materials and perform physical labor

Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Ability to work well in a team environment

Good communication skills
