Lead Craftsman
Job Summary: Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, performing a wide range of quality handyman repairs for residential and commercial clients in the Memphis area.
Responsibilities- Perform all types of quality handyman repairs
- Carpentry, including framing and trim work
- Drywall repair, texture, and finishing
- Tile installation and repair
- Basic plumbing and electrical tasks
- Painting and surface preparation
- Inspect and troubleshoot job sites for safety and quality
- Communicate with management, office personnel, homeowners, suppliers, and commercial customers
- 7+ years of experience as a craftsman in multiple trades
- Own truck or van with necessary tools (or provided company vehicle) and ability to bring own tools
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliable attendance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledgeable in carpentry, drywall, tiling, basic electrical, plumbing, and finishing work
- Independent thinker, problem solver, and collaborative team player
