Fogelman is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician for Meridian Park Apartments in Collierville, near Memphis. You will supervise the maintenance team and coordinate work with vendors to keep buildings and common areas safe and well maintained.
Requirements include 5+ years in multifamily maintenance, proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair, EPA Type 1/II or Universal, and experience with Yardi, Entrata or Happy Co. A valid driver’s license is required.
