Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., LLC is seeking hardworking, dependable, and safety-focused individuals to join our team as Commercial Roofing Laborers / Roofers. This position is responsible for assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems while supporting daily jobsite operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial roofing systems, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems, primarily single-ply roofing systems, including TPO and EPDM.
• Install metal roofing components, including coping, gutters, downspouts, and edge metal systems.
• Prepare job sites for daily operations and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize roofing materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate forklifts, man lifts, and other equipment when qualified and authorized.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and fall protection requirements.
• Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Maintain quality workmanship while meeting company and customer expectations.
• Perform daily cleanup and ensure materials and equipment are properly secured.
• Represent Jolly Roofing professionally on all jobsites.

• Experience with commercial roofing systems, particularly TPO, EPDM, and other single-ply roofing systems.
• Experience installing metal roofing components, including coping, gutters, and edge metal.
• Experience operating construction equipment such as forklifts and man lifts.
• Previous commercial roofing or construction experience preferred.

• Strong commitment to safety and OSHA compliance.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in a construction environment.
• Ability to work safely at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to delivering quality workmanship and maintaining a safe work environment.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move roofing materials and equipment.
• Ability to climb ladders and work safely at heights.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all safety requirements.
