Overview

Domino's Pizza is hiring drivers to staff stores with flexible schedules. The role offers opportunities for growth, including advancement to management or franchise ownership. This description outlines duties for delivery team members and the expectations of the position.

• Operate all equipment; stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete related paperwork; clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Provide on-site service and support for store operations and assist customers as needed.

• You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area; ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately; ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal and written communication skills to take and process orders; ability to read and understand written instructions; ability to communicate with customers and co-workers.

• Proficient computer keyboard or touch screen entry; capable of handling orders quickly and accurately.
• Motor coordination for precise movements; strong eye-hand coordination; ability to enter orders and operate equipment safely.
• Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area; ability to navigate to delivery sites including private homes and multi-story buildings.

• Outdoor and indoor exposure to varying weather conditions; in-store temperatures from 36°F to 90°F or higher in some areas; exposure to cooking fumes and cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters, hot surfaces (up to 500°F or higher), sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
• Ability to stand for long periods; walking, lifting up to 50 pounds with help; carrying pizzas, beverages, and supplies; occasional climbing stairs or ladders; reaching above shoulder height.
• Driving responsibilities include delivering products within a designated area and possibly multiple deliveries per shift.

• Training is provided on the job.
• Team members may advance to roles such as management, franchise owner, or corporate operations, based on performance and opportunity.
