Role Description The Construction Materials Delivery Driver is a full-time, on-site role based in Collierville, TN. This role is responsible for safely loading, securing, and transporting construction materials and equipment to job sites, following scheduled routes and delivery timelines. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting vehicles and equipment before and after use, maintaining delivery logs and paperwork, and communicating with site supervisors, and office staff regarding delivery status.

The driver will assist with unloading materials, may operate forklifts or other equipment as needed, and help keep vehicles, tools, and loading areas organized and in good working condition. This role also involves adhering to safety regulations, company policies, and local traffic laws while representing the company professionally on and off site.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service skills to interact professionally with site supervisors, team members, and clients.
  • Forklift Operation skills or related equipment handling experience for loading and unloading construction materials.
  • Training experience or willingness to learn and follow company procedures, safety protocols, and best practices.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience or CDL is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and follow safety guidelines.
  • Basic documentation skills for completing delivery logs, inspections, and related paperwork accurately.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; prior experience in construction or materials delivery is a plus.
