ORDER PICKER

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Order Picker for a company based in Collierville, TN. In this role, an Order Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and staging customer orders for shipment in a warehouse environment. The position requires safe operation of warehouse equipment, attention to detail, and the ability to handle large, heavy products.

$17.00 – $22.00 per hour (depends on your experience)

Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

• Pick customer orders accurately using pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems.
• Operate order picker forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material‑handling equipment.
• Retrieve products from warehouse racks and storage locations.
• Verify item quantities, product numbers, and order accuracy before shipment.
• Package, wrap, label, and stage orders for loading and transportation.
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Move and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures.
• Communicate with shipping, receiving, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience operating order picker equipment preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50–75 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working at heights while operating order picker equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Forklift and material‑handling equipment operation.
• Order picking, packing, shipping and receiving.
• Inventory control.
• RF scanner experience.
• Warehouse safety compliance.
• Teamwork and communication.
• Time management and productivity focus.
• Experience handling large or bulky products.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment and meet productivity goals.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
