A well‑established commercial HVAC and building automation contractor in South Jersey is seeking a Project Manager with a strong technical background in building automation systems (BMS), HVAC controls, and capital improvement projects
.
This is not a paper‑pushing PM role. The position offers real involvement in project execution, estimating, and future leadership
, with room to expand into management, supervisory, or even sales‑oriented responsibilities depending on experience and interest.
Manage building automation and HVAC controls projects from kickoff through closeout.
Coordinate schedules, budgets, resources, and field teams.
Act as the technical bridge between engineering, operations, and clients.
Support estimating efforts and scope development.
Participate in capital improvement projects and system upgrades.
Help improve project delivery processes and operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking ForSeveral years of hands‑on technical experience in:
- BMS engineering or programming
- HVAC equipment and controls
- Familiarity with one or more of the following platforms:
Siemens, Honeywell - Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and automation projects
- Someone interested in long‑term growth

- Crossover into estimating and operations (not siloed)
