Staffing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

$34/hr | Per Diem - United Methodist Communities | Western New Jersey

Provide high‑quality, person‑centered care to residents in assisted living and memory care facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Cover open shifts as assigned and agreed upon.
  • Deliver high‑quality, person‑centered care to residents.
  • Complete appropriate documentation to support continuity of care.
  • Conduct regular rounds on residents to provide consistent, individualized support.
  • Build meaningful connections with residents and collaborate with team members to provide care.
Qualifications
  • Age 18 years or older.
  • Current and active New Jersey LPN license (required).
  • Fully vaccinated for flu (required).
  • 1+ year of experience in memory care, assisted living, or healthcare setting (required).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base pay of $34 per hour.
  • Shift differentials: +$1.00 for evenings, +$2.00 for nights, +$4.00 for weekend shifts.
  • Per diem schedule with flexibility; day, evening and night shifts available.
  • Flexible scheduling.
  • Access to company benefits for eligible employees (details provided upon hire).
Additional Requirements
  • Must produce a negative drug test.
  • Subject to background check.
  • Must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position.
