- Support resident care through ongoing assessment and observation.
- Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
- Admit, transfer, and discharge patients.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of care and medications.
- Contribute to care planning, assessments, and evaluations.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and team members to promote overall resident well‑being.
- Current and active RN license in New Jersey (required).
- CPR certification (required).
- At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in long‑term care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
