• Support resident care through ongoing assessment and observation.
• Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge patients.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of care and medications.
• Contribute to care planning, assessments, and evaluations.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and team members to promote overall resident well‑being.

• Current and active RN license in New Jersey (required).
• CPR certification (required).
• At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in long‑term care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
