Collingswood Manor has served New Jersey seniors for more than a century, and 87% of our team says their work here makes a real difference. As our Assisted Living RN, you'll be the clinical anchor for our residents and the staff who support them day to day.

• Monitor resident health and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Guide and support caregiving staff to keep resident care on track
• Work with community leadership to coordinate each resident's care needs
• Complete assessments and update care plans with resident and family input
• Arrange appointments, referrals, transportation, and related communication
• Oversee medication services and keep the community in regulatory compliance
• Document incidents, look into concerns, and follow through on next steps

Required:

• Active RN license in New Jersey
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Flu vaccination (medical and religious exemptions available)

Preferred:

• 1+ years of nursing experience

• $40.33-$50.33 per hour, based on experience
