As an LPN on our assisted living team, you'll provide hands-on nursing care and build real relationships with residents, as part of a campus that's served South Jersey families for more than a century.

• Deliver person-centered nursing care to assisted living residents
• Administer medications and treatments per each resident's care plan
• Complete documentation to support continuity of care
• Conduct regular rounds to check in on residents and catch issues early
• Build relationships with residents and coordinate with the wider care team

Required:

• Active LPN license in New Jersey

Preferred:

• Nursing experience in a related field or long-term care setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• $33 to $40 per hour, based on experience
