Position

Part Time Cook (Days & Evenings) at Collingswood Manor, a UMC Community in Camden County, NJ.

Salary: $17.01 - $18.01 per hour, based on experience.

Shift hours between 10am - 7pm, including weekends.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of cooking and meal preparation experience
• 3-4 years of related work experience. No supervisory experience required.

• Ensures quality meal preparation including consistency, presentation, flavor, and temperature.
• Ensures safe food preparation, including receiving, storage, cooking, service, holding, cleaning and sanitation of tools and workspace.
• Fiscal stewardship of resident spends by following recipes, preparing food quantities as instructed, batch cooking and using proper cooking methods and techniques.
• Integral part of the production team supporting all dining programs (catering, events, retail, etc.).
