Overview

b2B Rocket is an AI-powered sales-automation platform fueling >200% year-over-year growth. We are redefining how companies approach outbound and inbound sales through AI-driven outreach, automation, and data intelligence.

We are seeking a post-sales and client-facing leader who can turn every new logo into a long-term success while also contributing to revenue growth. This role will own client success, product demonstrations, implementation guidance, and high-stakes dispute resolution, while also operating as a true full-cycle sales professional.

Work Environment:

This is an in-person hybrid role
, requiring a mix of on-site office presence and remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Demonstrations
    • Lead and participate in live demo calls and sales meetings, clearly showcasing the capabilities and value of the B2B Rocket AI platform.
    • Conduct approximately 150 inbound demos per month and 8–10 new client demos daily
      , tailoring each presentation to individual business goals and use cases.
    • Confidently explain technical features in a clear, business-friendly manner.
  • Client Engagement
    • Proactively engage with prospective clients to understand their challenges, workflows, and growth objectives.
    • Position B2B Rocket as the optimal solution for lead generation, outreach automation, and revenue acceleration.
    • Build trust and credibility through consultative selling.
  • Follow-Up & Relationship Management
    • Maintain consistent post-demo communication with prospects and clients.
    • Answer questions, provide tailored information, and nurture relationships through the pipeline.
    • Act as a strategic advisor rather than a transactional seller.
  • Deal Closing & Onboarding Support
    • Guide prospects through the purchasing process and finalize agreements.
    • Ensure clients fully understand the platform’s capabilities and expectations.
    • Coordinate with onboarding and implementation teams to create a smooth transition from sale to success.
  • Sales Tracking & Reporting
    • Accurately log all interactions, notes, and deal stages within the CRM.
    • Analyze performance trends and provide feedback to leadership.
    • Continuously refine messaging and sales strategy based on data insights.
  • Full-Cycle Prospecting & Outbound Sales
    • Generate new pipeline through cold calling, cold email, and Linked In outreach in addition to handling inbound demand.
    • Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and build qualified prospect lists aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
    • Own the entire sales cycle from first touch through discovery, demo, negotiation, and close.
    • Maintain a consistent and healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound efforts, referrals, and partnerships.
    • Collaborate with marketing and Rev Ops to improve targeting, messaging, and campaign performance.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in B2B sales
    , ideally within SaaS or a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of AI, automation tools, and modern sales technology
    .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong demo and presentation ability.
  • Comfortable managing high demo and call volumes daily
    .
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for innovation, SaaS platforms, and growth-stage companies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid in-person office environment
    .
