What You’ll Do
- Respond to inquiries from prospective residents and families, providing information and coordinating follow-up with the sales team
- Maintain accurate prospect records, referral data, and sales activity reports within community systems
- Partner with community team members to ensure a positive and seamless experience throughout the sales process
- Assist with resident move-ins by coordinating paperwork, apartment readiness, scheduling, and communication with internal teams
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events, outreach efforts, and promotional activities
- Monitor inventory of marketing materials and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Stay current on community services, programs, and industry trends to effectively assist prospects, families, and referral sources
What You'll Need
- Must be21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent(required)
- 1+ years of related experience in sales or customer service in senior living (required)
- Associate's degree in business or a related field (preferred)
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
