Director of Marketing

This position is part of the marketing department to act in a support role for the Midwest Preferred office. It is responsible for providing support to the agency staff by answering calls and emails. This position will be charged with handling payments, printing receipts, and assisting with documentation. As part of the Midwest Preferred team, this position balances servicing policyholders and carriers alike.

• Answer calls and email inquiries from policyholders

• Handle policyholder payments and receipts
• Note all interactions in the agency management system
