Cheerfully answers the main phone line for the company and promptly transfers all calls to the appropriate person/que. Supports the company’s management, purpose, mission, and values.

1. Is the “voice” of the company and represents the company by cheerfully answering the main phone line and promptly transferring all calls to the appropriate person/que.

2. Process outgoing mail and packages.

3. Maintain office inventory and order office supplies weekly.

4. Performs a variety of administrative tasks for the company as needed.

5. Provides customers with a remarkable experience.

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Skill in operating a personal computer and programs.
• Skill in verbal communication.
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry.

• High school diploma or GED preferred;
• Some experience with a multi-line phone system;
• 1+ years of experience in customer service; or,
