Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients and potential clients to discuss projects
- Actively participate in team meetings to work effectively with team members
- Apply industry-standard practices to complete work on time
- Develop person-hour estimates and proposals
- Manage scope, schedule, and budgets on multiple projects
- Perform and check design calculations, plans, and quantity takeoffs
- Work collaboratively with clients, engineers, and managers to develop designs
- Develop plans and construction documents
- Develop construction cost estimates
- Review construction bids to recommend awards and perform construction administration
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering - master's degree is a plus
- PE license
- 5+ years of experience working with both government and private clients in Missouri and Illinois
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D and Micro Station
- Strong verbal, writing, and presentation skills
- Strong technical skills in one or more of the following areas is a plus:
- Hydrology and Hydraulics
- Development Review for Municipalities
- Multi-Use Path and Park Design
- Commercial Site Design
- Water and Sewer Design
- Road, Parking Lot, and Pavement Design

- Salary range: $80,000 - $115,000 annually
