Slot Attendant

Summary

As a Slots Attendant, you will promote a high level of guest interactions on the gaming floor through enhanced experiences and a pleasant environment.

• Respond to guest and member inquiries related to services, features, attractions, promotions, and other special events offered by the Company
• Understand the essential functions of the slot machines and game themes
• Process transactions related to slot operations, including jackpots, paper fills, wallet buys
• Monitor assigned areas on the gaming floor, remaining mobile and visible to guests
• Communicate with management when guests may have earned a complimentary meal or amenity
• Maintain professional radio etiquette
• Recognize and respond to minors in the casino
• Recognize signs of problem gaming, alcohol intoxication and report any issues to management
• Support the integrity of gaming on the floor
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
• One year of experience in a casino gaming environment
• Demonstrate the ability to understand and comply with departmental, Company, and all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
• Maintain effective working relationships with staff

• Regularly required to walk, stand, see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently required to stoop and kneel.
• Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in a noisy environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
