Slot Attendant

Summary:

• As a Slots Attendant, you will promote a high level of guest interactions on the gaming floor through enhanced experiences and a pleasant environment.

• Respond to guest and member inquiries related to services, features, attractions, promotions, and other special events offered by the Company.
• Understand the essential functions of the slot machines and game themes.
• Process transactions related to slot operations, including jackpots, paper fills, and wallet buys.
• Monitor assigned areas on the gaming floor, remain mobile and visible to guests.
• Communicate with management when guests may have earned a complimentary meal or amenity.
• Maintain professional radio etiquette.
• Recognize and respond to minors in the casino.
• Recognize signs of problem gaming and alcohol intoxication and report any issues to management.
• Support the integrity of gaming on the floor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.
• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• One year of experience in a casino gaming environment.
• Demonstrate the ability to understand and comply with departmental, Company, and all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain effective working relationships with staff.

• Regularly required to walk, stand, see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently required to stoop and kneel.
• Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

• Part-time

$17.00 per hour.
