Table Games Supervisor
As a Table Games Supervisor, you will ensure integrity and compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures and state regulations relating to this position. Responsibilities include enthusiastically promoting a customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations. You will provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing at assigned tables, perform accurate chip and cash transactions, observe, analyze, and maintain the integrity of all table game activity, ensure all table games employees provide optimum service to all guests, supervise the appropriate issuance of credit and player tracking, and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include being 21 years of age or older, obtaining and maintaining a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board, having game knowledge of Easy Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, High Card Flush & Ultimate Texas Hold Em a plus, being a high school graduate or equivalent, passing a math assessment issued by the Company, passing a color vision assessment issued by the company, having open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and having outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Demands & Work Environment include lifting up to a maximum of 50 pounds and frequently lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds, frequently required to push, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, and twist, as well as reaching overhead. Requires manual dexterity to deal and collect cards and chips, requires visual acuity to perform close-up activities and peripheral oversight. You may be exposed to bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations in this position.
FT/PT Target Salary Range: $27-$29/hr. (varies by experience).
