Senior Manager FP&A

Responsibilities

Kforce's high‑impact client is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to serve as a key finance leader supporting plant operations in Collinsville, IL. This role partners directly with site leadership and corporate finance to drive performance, visibility, and strategic decision-making across a complex manufacturing environment. This is a high‑visibility opportunity to lead a team, influence operations, and make a measurable impact on financial and operational outcomes.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of FP&A analysts supporting plant operations.
• Partner closely with plant leadership to provide financial insight and support decision‑making.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting cycles.
• Deliver variance analysis and actionable insights tied to operational drivers.
• Build business cases to support capital investments and cost improvement initiatives.
• Enhance financial processes, reporting, and operational efficiencies.
• Prepare and present financial analyses to senior leadership.
• Drive accountability and performance through data‑driven insights.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7‑10+ years of FP&A or related analytical experience.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with ERP and analytics tools (e.g., Oracle, One Stream, Power BI, Python) preferred.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience strongly preferred.
• Highly detail‑oriented with a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay range:
The lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
