Willoughby Heritage Farm and Conservation Reserve is a public park with an atmosphere inspired by 1940's farming‑life, complete with tractors, barns, a 1930's Craftsman style Farmhouse, and live animals like donkeys, steer, chickens, and goats. Willoughby has over 30‑acres of wild‑life preserve complete with hiking trails, bridges, and vistas.
The Site Supervisor at Willoughby Farm works with the after hours rentals to ensure proper care of Willoughby Farm as well as address the needs of the rental customers. The Site Supervisor will work independently. The Site Supervisor will meet with the rental customers to ensure their rental is handled properly including the clean up at the end of the shift.
Duties will include conversations with the public and providing excellent customer service. The Site Supervisor will also help maintain safety and cleanliness throughout the park.
- 16 years of age or older
- Familiarity with group rentals, and customer service
- Ability to adapt quickly
- Individuals who are team-oriented with a positive, can‑do attitude
- Ability to ensure rules are followed and to troubleshoot minor incidents that may occur
Familiarity with the supervision and operation of Willoughby Farm, farm animals, registration, and POS software.
Physical Requirements- Ability to walk, run, stand, sit and complete a variety of motor skills
- Ability to walk and/or stand on concrete for the majority of your shift
- Ability to bend to the floor and reach overhead
- Ability to hear and see well
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional punctuality and attendance
- Ability to project a positive attitude, manner, and appearance
- Ability to think clearly and respond appropriately in an emergency
- Ability to demonstrate mature judgment and ethical behavior
- Ability to read, write and perform mathematical equations

- Ability to work staggered shift assignments as necessary including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in hot, cold, wet and/or other unpleasant outdoor conditions
- Ability to work in a loud, fast‑paced environment
This position is $16.00 per hour.
