Rural King - - Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with agricultural and household needs and offering expert product knowledge;
Assist customers with Power Equipment orders, store stock, and special orders including financing requirements;
Conduct power equipment demonstrations and upsell/cross-sell to maximize sales;
Maintain visual merchandising and product displays according to guidelines and ensure a clean sales floor;
Build long-term customer relationships and participate in training to stay current on products and policies
