Job Description
At Regions, the Senior Consumer Relationship Banker is responsible for meeting with customers and prospects both in person and on the phone to determine their financial needs and meeting those needs by proactively offering appropriate products, services, and guidance to achieve their financial goals. This role focuses on acquiring and deepening existing customer relationships with a focus on Preferred Banking Households, offering complex, affluent solutions, wealth opportunities, investments, lending, debt consolidation, and in-depth savings conversations.

Primary Responsibilities- Achieve individual and branch targets by proactively identifying customer needs and providing advanced guidance on Regions’ solutions for Preferred Banking Households
- Conduct outbound calls using generated lead lists to expand existing relationships and acquire new ones
- Partner with the Branch Team as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households
- Educate customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products, including loans, deposits, annuities, and life insurance
- Educate customers on emerging technology and digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings
- Provide a consistent optimal customer experience, sharing day‑to‑day branch responsibilities such as greeting customers and processing transactions
- Own and resolve customer issues
- Refer customers to internal experts when additional financial goals are recognized
- Support team development by serving as a subject‑matter expert for junior bankers
- Follow all bank processes, procedures, and laws, completing duties assigned by the Branch Manager and reporting operational risks
This position tracks time for hours worked over 40 per week and is eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
This position is incentive‑eligible.

Requirements- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience
- Ability to handle cash and process transactions
- Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and electronically
- Ability to use a computer frequently, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
- Availability to work Saturdays as needed
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Life Insurance license obtained within 120 days of hire
- Bachelor’s degree
- Adherence to policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Assisting customers with digital banking offerings
- Handling multiple priorities simultaneously
- Providing excellent customer service
- Excellent relationship‑building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational communication skills

Compensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point‑of‑market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors include experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location, and performance.
Job Range Target:
- Minimum: $51,997.12 USD
- Median: $60,730.00 USD
Incentive Pay Plans:
This role is eligible to participate in a commission incentive plan and a formulaic incentive plan based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
