Position: Senior Consumer Relationship Banker (Collinsville)
Regions Bank -  - Responsibilities:
Achieves individual and branch targets by proactively identifying customer needs and providing advanced guidance on Regions' solutions for Preferred Banking Households;
Conducts outbound calls using lead lists to expand existing relationships and acquire new ones;
Serves as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households in partnership with the Branch Team;
Educates customers on Regions' consumer and business products and services including loans, deposits, annuities, and life insurance;
Provides a consistent optimal customer experience and supports day-to-day branch responsibilities; resolves customer issues and refers complex needs to internal experts
