• Diagnose, repair, and calibrate commercial HVAC/R systems
• Problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication with customers and support staff
• Maintain a stocked van and sharp tools
• Deliver quality service and integrity every day
• Be available for nights, weekends, and on‑call emergencies

• Valid driver’s license

• Universal EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license
• 2+ years in commercial HVAC (refrigeration experience a big plus)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and heating principles, and proficiency in reading schematics and work plans
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic technology skills – navigate mobile apps and documentation with ease

• Lift and carry up to 75 lbs, frequently moving heavy objects
• Work in extreme temperatures and tight spaces, including attics, basements, and crawl spaces
• Climb ladders and work at heights of 45 feet or higher, requiring balance and coordination
• Endurance to stand or kneel for extended periods
• Dexterity for connecting electrical components and making precise measurements
• Follow all applicable safety procedures

Helios HVAC/R Services LLC determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position is up to $45 per hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
