Job Title:

Maintenance Technician – Make-Readies & General Maintenance

Location:

Metro East, St. Louis area.

This role is primarily focused on completing apartment make‑readies (unit turns) and supporting general maintenance across our metro East – St. Louis-area properties.

• Complete apartment make‑ready from start to finish.
• Perform general repairs including minor carpentry, painting, fixture replacement, drywall, and hardware installation.
• Complete basic plumbing repairs (toilets, faucets, disposals, supply lines).
• Perform minor electrical work (light fixtures, outlets, switches).
• Ensure units are fully functional, clean, and move‑in ready.
• Respond to work orders and document work through digital systems.
• Maintain organized and safe maintenance areas.

• 2–3+ years of residential or multifamily maintenance experience.
• Strong make‑ready / unit turn experience required.
• Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
• Trade experience in plumbing or electrical.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in varied conditions.
• Comfortable using smartphones and digital reporting tools.
• Employment contingent upon successful background screening.
