Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Occasional overtime during peak seasons.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Install Journeyman to join our residential and light commercial team. You’ll install, start up, and commission HVAC systems while ensuring quality, safety, and excellent customer service. This role is ideal for a skilled installer who wants long-term stability and growth.

Responsibilities

• Install residential & light commercial HVAC systems

• Install ductwork, vents, air handlers, condensers & furnaces

• Braze, solder, press, and run refrigerant lines

• Wire low-voltage and line-voltage connections

• Perform system startup, charging, testing & commissioning

• Read and follow blueprints and manufacturer specs

• Diagnose initial installation issues and make corrections

• Maintain clean work areas and proper documentation

• Communicate clearly with customers and team members

• Support apprentices or helpers as needed

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years HVAC installation experience

• Ability to install ductwork, gas piping, wiring & refrigerant lines

• Strong understanding of system layout and manufacturer instructions

• Solid troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude

• Valid driver’s license and good communication skills

• Physical ability to perform HVAC installation work
