• Conduct face‑to‑face tax interviews with clients.
• Provide accurate tax‑related forms, including multiyear, multistate, and year‑end tax forms.
• Assist with IRS audit support.
• Complete e‑filing, provide printed copies of returns, and e‑file to IRS and state agencies.
• Answer client calls via the national call center routing system.
• Provide tax planning advice to clients.
• Collect and process payments, ensuring timely deposits.
• Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration.
• Mentor teammates, acting in a lead capacity when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.

• 2+ seasons of previous tax experience.
• Experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Successful completion of the Jackson Hewitt Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (preferred).
• Field Instructor, Remote Support, or Call Center certification (a plus).
• Tax planning and audit support experience (preferred).
• CPA or Enrolled Agent license (bonus).
• PTIN Certification:

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour.
