Loyalty Automotive is seeking an Office Manager to join our accounting team.
We are a highly successful and expanding multi-franchised dealership group headquartered in Richmond, Virginia. Our current portfolio of dealerships includes:
Cadillac, Chevrolet, Nissan, Toyota, and Volkswagen. We also operate three high volume Collision Repair Centers and a Used Car operation.

Responsibilites:- Day to Day management of the accounting functions for one of our franchised locations.
- Journal entry posting, general ledger management, and account reconciliations.
- Cash receipts and cash disbursements.
- Monthly and annual financial statements preparation.
- Reinforce company policies and adhere to all company standards.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
- Accounting knowledge and strong analytical skills.
- Strong Communicator.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Automotive experience is preferred.
