Automotive Billing Clerk

Overview

Loyalty Automotive is seeking a Billing Clerk. We are a highly successful and expanding multi-franchised dealership group headquartered in Chester, Virginia. Our current portfolio of dealerships includes:
Cadillac, Chevrolet, Nissan, Toyota, and Volkswagen. We also operate four high volume Collision Repair Centers and a Used Car operation.

• Clearly communicate with internal and external customers professionally
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to all company standards
• Maintain compliance with all laws and regulations
• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office

• Transaction processing retail new/used vehicle sales, dealer trades and wholesale
• Reconcile schedules for new and used vehicle inventory
• Resolve discrepancies in billing with finance and sales departments
• Calculate sales commission
• Automotive experience is preferred.

Educations: High school diploma or equivalent is required
