We are looking for a Logistics Foreman to join our team on site in Chester, VA. This is a full‑time, in‑person position.

• Work with subcontractors to coordinate activities around the site, including excavations, walk paths, deliveries, crane activities, etc.
• Maintain site signage and designated walking pathways.
• Communicate efficiently to multiple parties onsite.
• Communicate logistics plans both internally and externally.

• Technology inclined; must have a computer and iPad to update site logistics plans.
• Up to 4 years of experience coordinating workflow for construction sites.
• Strong communication skills, time‑management, and integrity.
• Agile/mobile, remains alert, able to stand or walk for long periods, use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb ladders and scaffolds.
• Work on uneven surfaces/heights, able to read/write, and able to see & hear well either naturally or with correction.
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 50–100 lbs. about 75% of the time.

• Must work in an OSHA‑compliant safety environment.
• Must be able to work outside, overtime, and weekend hours.
• Punctuality and promptness are required every day.
