R+L Carriers is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the Colonial Heights, VA Service Center. The CSR will maintain strong customer relationships, assist customers and colleagues in tracking freight, and resolve issues to support company goals.
This is a 1st shift, full-time position with Monday–Friday hours. The role requires clear communication, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic Windows/Outlook skills.
