Base pay starts at $15/hour. Guest Service Attendants earn an average of $2.50/hour extra in bonuses and commissions, averaging $17.50/hour total. No cap on commissions or bonuses, allowing top performers to earn more.

• Bring a positive attitude to work daily.
• Display exceptional customer service skills; bubbly, friendly, outgoing personality.
• Actively promote and sell memberships to new and existing customers.
• Maintain a neat appearance and clean hygiene with our professional uniform.
• Use tech skills to navigate iPads and kiosks as you assist customers.
• Enjoy working with a team and learning new things about the car wash daily.
• Show up to work on time and ready to provide a fantastic customer experience to guests.
• Encourage customers to download and use our app for a better car care experience.

• Minimum age 16 years or older.
• Maintain reliable transportation for on-time arrival for all shifts.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk continuously for an 8‑hour shift.
• Work confidently outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain) and thrive in a loud, fast‑paced environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, operate iPads/kiosks, and actively promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
• Commit to working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays required).
