Maintain area of responsibility by handling returns, zoning, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages;
Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing receipts, acknowledging members, and assisting with purchasing decisions;
Maintain self-checkout area and resolve member issues, promote products and services, and guide members on self-service technology;
Process member purchases, assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policies;
Assist with securing assets, maintain paperwork and logs, execute emergency procedures, and ensure safety/compliance.
