Customer Service Representative

Tums Family Services is looking for a Customer Service Representative who is expected to take personal responsibility for every interaction with a customer by providing World-Class service and by building customer loyalty, improve customer retention, and satisfying Global Customer Service goals and objectives.

• Recommend process improvements.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues.
• Document all customer contacts through Salesforce.
• Identify opportunities to up-sell products and services.
• Acts as a liaison between key departments and customers.
• Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
• Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
• Adheres to assigned schedules to ensure appropriate phone and email coverage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.

High school diploma or equivalent experience in a related field.

Proven customer service experience with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a small team environment.
