Full-time Client Experience Representative

$33K-46K per year based on experience and knowledge of the trades

Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm, with occasional overtime requirements

As a Client Experience Representative, you'll be the vital first point of contact for families and businesses, handling calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Your responsibilities include scheduling appointments for service technicians, maintaining records in our CRM, assisting with billing inquiries, and conducting satisfaction checks. You'll also promote Colonial's services and preventative maintenance programs while upholding our core values:
Integrity, Flexibility, Mindfulness, Excellence, Innovation, and Enjoyment. Additionally, you'll provide administrative and client support as needed.

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in customer service is preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and listening skills with a client-first mindset
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and client relationship management platforms
• Positive, energetic, and teachable attitude; thrives in a collaborative environment
• Ability to uphold Colonial's values in all client interactions
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to communicate in English, verbally and in writing
