• Guarantee or Percent of Production for the first 90 days
• Percentage of Production compensation model after initial period
• Collaborative and experienced team of dental professionals

• Fillings, crowns, bridges, and preventive care
• Extractions and root canals
• Diagnose and manage oral health conditions
• Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and long‑term care
• Work collaboratively with assistants, hygienists, and front office staff
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Proficiency with Eaglesoft software
• Excellent diagnostic, communication, and treatment planning skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA and commitment to patient privacy
• Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
