This individual will serve as a trusted technical advisor, working directly with transformer OEMs to deliver high-performance insulation solutions using advanced coating technology. The role blends hands‑on engineering expertise with consultative sales, offering the opportunity to influence product innovation, support manufacturing excellence, and drive revenue through technically sound, customer‑focused solutions.
MustHaves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience as a sales engineer or in application engineering
- Direct experience within manufacturing or an industrial environment
- Partner with transformer OEM engineering teams to specify insulation solutions
- Recommend coating patterns and thicknesses to optimize thermal and mechanical performance
- Support customer trials, troubleshooting, and ongoing commercial use
- Develop and present technical and commercial proposals
- Educate customers and internal sales teams through technical presentations
