Thoughtfully pair caregivers with clients by considering health needs, personality fit, skill level, and preferences. You'll ensure every client feels supported and every caregiver feels valued. - Keep Relationships Strong:

- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Scheduling, medical, or phone experience a plus
- Computer literacy and comfort with scheduling systems
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities
