Colonial Heights/Southside Physicians ENT is a fast‑paced medical environment with recent growth. ENTs are eager and excited to work with their Audiologist. In our suite, there are four audio logic‑based rooms for hearing aid fitting, VNG, A , and hearing evaluation. We are passionate about comprehensive audio logic services to strengthen our clinic.
Education- Master's Degree in Audiology required
- Doctoral degree in Audiology preferred
- Two years clinical experience or a combination of education and experience is preferred
- Conducting and interpreting diagnostic audiometric testing, A (new‑born follow‑up), VNG, VEMP, vHIT
- Conducting hearing aid evaluations, counseling, fitting and follow‑up for hearing aids
- Potential for surgical device evaluation, counseling, fitting, programming, and follow‑up
- Communicating results and recommendations to the patient and referring physician
- Maintaining appropriate documentation per protocol
- Implementing best audio logic practices throughout workflow
- Obtaining continued education to learn and teach new technological advancements in the field of audiology
- VA State licensure in Audiology (or in good standing to apply for VA licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC‑A) or American Board of Audiology Certification (preferred)
