Job Description

Autism Center of Excellence is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Colonial Heights, VA clinic.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children and making a meaningful impact through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Whether you are experienced, newly certified, or looking to begin a career in ABA, we provide training, supervision, and ongoing clinical support.

Pay Range:

  • Behavior Technician (BT): $18 – $21 per hour
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): $22 – $27 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to pediatric clients
  • Implement individualized treatment plans
  • Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
  • Collect and record behavioral data
  • Follow behavior and safety support plans
  • Collaborate with supervising clinicians
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in training and supervision

Schedule:

  • Full‑time schedules only
  • Minimum availability: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Additional availability preferred

Requirements

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Certification

  • Active RBT certification required for RBT applicants
  • BT applicants must be willing to complete required training
