  Prepares food per specifications; plans production, handles seasonality; adheres to food safety, sanitation, cold‑chain, inventory, equipment operation, and product layout execution.
• Be a Techie
  :
  Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; leverages handheld technology for decisions on production, ordering, club pick‑up, training, and quality; encourages adoption of new tools.
• Be an Owner
  :
  Drives area performance; stocks, rotates merchandise; upholds quality and date control; reduces waste; provides member service, assists with purchases, accepts payments, locates merchandise, resolves member issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador
  :
  Acts as brand advocate; inspires a respectful, supportive, team‑oriented style; identifies roadblocks and trains associates.
• Complies with company policies, procedures and ethical standards; uses the Open Door Policy and implements actions in business processes.
• Completes assignments using policies, data and resources; collaborates with managers and partners; sets priorities, meets deadlines, communicates progress and proposes improvements; adapts to change and learns from feedback.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Agrees to complete all required job training and assessments within a prescribed timeframe if hired.

• Food Safety Certification.
• Food Service Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
