Forklift Operator

We are looking for a dedicated and safety-focused Forklift Operator to become part of our facility in Colonial Heights, VA. You will be instrumental in our daily warehouse functions, helping to streamline the handling and transport of goods. • Safely manage the operation of forklifts and various material handling tools.
• Handle the loading and unloading of inventory from transport vehicles and storage racks.
• Move goods to their assigned locations throughout the warehouse floor.
• Perform regular equipment checks to help ensure machinery remains in good working order.
• Support stock management by keeping precise inventory logs.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by adhering to all established protocols.
• Work alongside colleagues to ensure all production targets and schedules are met.

• Completion of high school or an equivalent educational background is preferred.
• Possession of a current forklift operator license.
• Demonstrated history of driving forklifts within industrial or warehouse environments.
• Maintain a high level of focus on safety to prevent workplace accidents.
• Capability to handle physical labor and lift heavy items as needed.
• Effective communication abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Proficiency in basic computer tasks to navigate inventory software systems.
