• Confirm sequencing on the final assembly with production lead and material handling lead.
• Escalate shortages (make and buy parts) internally through resolution.
• Count and confirm component quantities supplied by the stock room prior to use on the lines and confirm returned quantities at the end of the order.
• Identify correct packaging componentry and lot numbers and move componentry to the final assembly line.
• Validate material on the floor.
• Assist in maintaining a neat and clean working environment on the final assembly lines in accordance with PPGs and 5S principles.
• Remove all componentry from the previously packaged order from packaging line unless the componentry is to be used in the next product order to be packaged.
• Identify correct packaging componentry and lot numbers and move componentry out of the packaging line.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read BOM and routing.
• Understanding of MRP and demand planning.
• Knowledge of material flow and control.

• 1–3 years work experience in the manufacturing industry.
