Advan Six is seeking a First Line Supervisor to lead a 10–20 person department in a 24/7 unionized manufacturing environment in Virginia. You will supervise hourly staff, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement using Plan-Do-Check-Act.
You will partner with team leaders, manage schedules, training, and performance, and ensure adherence to standard work while supporting the Advan Six Operating System principles.
