Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – $5k Sign-On Bonus

The Provider must be able to work in a team‑oriented environment, be flexible to adapt to new technologies and protocols in a quickly evolving practice setting, and respond accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment outcome.

The Provider is responsible for providing outstanding patient service within the clinic and through various virtual communication channels, maintaining a compassionate and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings and meet patient volume goals.
  • Lead clinic staff (X‑Ray Technologists, Nurses, Front Office Specialists) by example, ensuring excellent patient care.
  • Perform duties outlined in the SCRIBE job description.
  • Review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications; ask situational questions to formulate accurate diagnoses.
  • Engage with clinical leadership and management to resolve patient care concerns and uphold company values.
  • Complete patient charts accurately and forward them as appropriate on a daily basis.
  • Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and supervising physicians.
  • Analyze and interpret patient histories, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
  • Deliver excellent patient care through in‑patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations with a focus on patient‑centric care, safety, cost, and reliability.
  • Ensure activities are consistent with department expectations and comply with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment within both in‑patient clinic and virtual settings.
  • Manage telehealth queue to ensure proper patient follow‑up.
  • Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and responsibly prescribe medications.
  • Follow clinical practice guidelines issued by the Office of Medical Affairs.
  • Attend mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and E/M training.
  • Adhere to standard NP/PA protocols.
  • Complete all mandatory compliance training and exceed quality standards.
  • Model the company’s core values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
  • Suggest improvements to clinic and telehealth leadership to enhance patient experience and care.
  • Communicate regularly within the team to support patient care.
  • Welcome and orient new employees on their first clinic day and facilitate team introductions.
  • Assist new employees with learning activities and required training.
  • Provide job shadowing, demonstrations, and coaching opportunities during new‑employee training.
  • Maintain friendly, cordial relationships with clients, employees, and managers.
  • Perform the physical, sensory, cognitive, and environmental functions required by the position.
  • Comply with company standards of operations.
  • Protect confidentiality for employees, employers, and business matters.
  • Consult with patients through virtual communication channels.
  • Preferred experience working as a telehealth clinician.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • PRN employees are required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month.
  • Full‑time employees work 12‑hour shifts and every other weekend.
Additional Responsibilities for Ancillary Providers
  • Provide on‑call coverage periodically throughout the year.
Provider Experience Levels
  • Level 1:
    New graduates with up to 1 year of experience as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
  • Level 2:
    Nurse practitioners or physician assistants with over 1 year but less than 5 years of experience.
  • Level 3:
    Nurse practitioners or physician assistants with over 5 years but less than 10 years of experience.
  • Level 4:
    Nurse practitioners or physician assistants with over 10 years of experience.
